Hypnosis and Children’s Health
I’m always scouring the web for pertinent information on hypnosis and came across this article from August of this year (2016).
http://www.livescience.com/55710-can-hypnosis-improve-kids-health.html?
It’s from a reputable science backed publication. There is so much junk out there on the web that you really have to do some digging to find out who the source of information is if you are going to disseminate said information to your own readers, especially as it relates to children. Hypnotherapy has a history of being bashed by people that have preconceptions and very little experience with this form of treatment. On the other hand some proponents will overstate it’s merits and claim it as the panacea for just about everything under the sun. This article talks about the how and why of medical hypnosis as it relates to kids. It cites the professionals in the field and the scientific research involved with hypnosis. It’s short and concise and if you are looking for information for your kids or even yourself it is informative.
